This opportunity is in the Claims Department.
Our Claims department oversees both high-exposure workers’ compensation and liability claims. As an unbundled carrier, we work actively with third-party administrators (TPAs) and self-administered accounts to assist in guiding claims to a successful resolution. As an excess and large deductible carrier, the high exposure claims we handle keep our group challenged, but the uniqueness provides plenty of growth opportunities.
Role Description:
In the role of Cost Containment Manager, you'll be at the forefront of medical bill management, helping reduce costs while ensuring top-notch care. You’ll collaborate with our Claims Department and Cost Containment team, handling everything from negotiating bills before procedures to reviewing final charges for accuracy.
The ideal candidate is a:

Qualifications:
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
Required Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of experience in Workers’ Compensation bill review and management.
- Strong communication skills — you'll be translating complex medical information for non-medical audiences.
- The ability to juggle multiple tasks and maintain an organized workload in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 5 years of claims handling experience is a plus.

Compensation for the successful candidate will consider the candidate’s particular combination of knowledge, skills, competencies, experience and geographic location.
