Senior Marketing Manager, Paid Search

As Senior Marketing Manager, Paid Search, you will launch, scale, and optimize paid search campaigns. Additionally, you will operate campaigns across non-search tier-2 ad networks. As an individual contributor, you will be responsible for building and optimizing campaigns and accountable for meeting efficiency targets (i.e. positive return on ad spend, ROAS). You will work cross-functionally with product and engineering teams to split-test while bringing your own analytical skill set to bear on optimization.

What You’ll Get to Do:
- Identify opportunities across paid search and tier-2 networks. Then, launch, scale, and optimize paid search and ad network programs, executing campaigns hands-on and leveraging platform technology to achieve goals.
- Set up and execute A/B or multivariate tests aimed at improving performance by keyword, segments, industry, region, etc.
- Analyze complex data and partner with the Product Marketing organization to gain customer insights and develop campaigns aimed at creating demand across our different lines of business (consumer, SMB, enterprise).
- Oversee, manage, and generate weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting for all major performance metrics across all campaign initiatives.
- Identify areas for process improvement and work cross-functionally to implement updates, changes to the marketing tech stack.
What You’ll Bring:
- Deep expertise with performance-focused paid search, having successfully launched, scaled, and optimized campaigns that are ROAS-positive and accretive to the bottom line. This experience should be backed by time at a leading tech, eCommerce, travel, or high-growth consumer brand.
- Track record of managing complex paid search accounts, spanning a matrix of geographies and keyword types, and producing positive ROAS. Experience launching campaigns across tier-2 ad networks and producing positive ROAS campaigns is a plus.
- Rich understanding of attribution as well as advanced targeting and segmentation strategies.
- Cross-functional project management experience, with the ability to prioritize and advance projects requiring sales, engineering, and product stakeholder support.
- Natural ability to develop relationships and influence without authority across all levels in an organization, from senior executives to individual contributors.
- Analytical rigor and strong critical thinking skills. You are adept with data, hypothesis-driven, and quickly able to identify solutions or paths to address complex problems.

In this role, you can expect to be paid a base salary in the range of $132,000 to $167,000. Full time employees are also eligible for Snagajob's bonus, equity, and benefits programs.
