Responsibilities:
- Acquire basic understanding of common technical and non-technical issues in the target market.
- Record notes from calls and provide feedback to other customer support staff.
- Develop a basic understanding of software application, including features and workflows.
- Have basic customer service skills and be able to talk to customers in a professional manner and provide solutions to their issues.
- Understand company policies and procedures such as refund policies, pricing and payment information, etc.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $11.00 - $12.00 per hour
