The RMA Processing Team Lead will report to the site Supervisor/Manager. The RMA Processing Team Lead will be working in a team environment all while supporting the RMA Processing Supervisor. This is a hands-on position with the primary responsibilities of processing incoming RMA’s and outgoing RTV product in the warehouse. The work will be conducted in a fast-paced warehouse environment with a deadline-centric focus. This person should be self-motivating while maintaining high levels of productivity. The RMA Processing Team Lead will support the responsibilities of training new hires, ensuring productivity and quality goals are met by the team.
Responsibilities
- Process incoming RMA Product
- Process Return to Vendor (RTV) materials
- Execute rework projects
- Review and confirm rework parameters for each project
- Provide day to day guidance to individuals in the RMA Processing area in respect to quality, training, and workflow.
- Work to eliminate or limit the need for additional overtime hours as much as possible but when required, support and lead overtime initiatives for your area.
- Ensure cleanliness of area is maintained
- As the Lead of the area, you will help drive and support improvement activities including Blitzes and other lean activities.
- Transfer inventory within the ERP system
- Properly dispose of unusable and damaged product (Scrap)
- Support other departments, specifically outbound production

- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to delegate and prioritize
- Strong and professional communication skills
- Ability to grow and develop personnel
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
