What are the responsibilities and job description for the Learning Facilitator position at SnapMedTech?
The Learning Facilitator is responsible for developing unique training courses and programs for all SnapNurses departments. Their duties include identifying training needs, implementing training programs into company procedures, and reviewing data from previous training programs to determine their success in helping employees learn about the company, improve their skills, and perform their duties. The Learning Facilitator will consult with internal clients to address requests, create and manage projects resulting from inquiries. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a passion for talent development, a high level of flexibility, commitment, and the ability to train and coach within a fast paced, recruiting and customer-centric environment.
- Collaborates with the Learning & Development Leadership to identify target gaps and develop training solutions
- Provides input regarding the organizations training strategy and the development of specific learning and development plans
- Maintains ownership of training modules and updates as new operational processes are implemented
- Reports on outcomes of all training and maintains training records for the company.
- Works together with L&D Leadership to determine performance expectations and processes to drive Learning & Development team focus
- Facilitates learning sessions using a variety of delivery methods and techniques
- Works to promote consistency and maintain the integrity of the Learning & Development programs
Qualifications and Education Requirements
- BA in Human Resources, education, project management, or related field is preferred.
- 3 years of training coordination experience is preferred.

- Understanding of adult learning principles and recognizes participant learning styles

- Proficient with Microsoft Office, Google Suite, LMS platforms, and training material development software
