Experience Required
Roles & Responsibilities Create, update and maintain the Project Plan with respect to the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) Phases.
Execute the project plan, monitor all tasks and subtasks’ schedule and ensure they are meeting the timeline.
Closely monitor the budget allocation of the project and ensure all milestones are achieved within budget. Take preventive action to avoid budget issues and maintain profitability.
Ensure resources are allocated properly, timesheet is filled and approved and invoices are generated on time.
Monitor the deliverables quality and these should be as per project management standard.
Manage stake holders – interact with customer’s key persons, understand their requirements, expectations. Manage to avoid conflicts among the stakeholders.
Closely monitor the change requests which may have impact on schedule and budget
Closely monitor the risks and take corrective and preventive actions to mitigate them.
Build team with right skilled resources.
Hold status meeting within the team so that team is aware of the project status.
Appraise team’s performance and guide team to achieve the project goals.
On time and accurate status report to customer as well as employer management.
Strive towards the business growth of the company and contribute with new opportunity.
Generic Managerial Skills Coordination with Development, Data Migration, Testing Teams and Client SMEs
Education A minimum of a bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
