This is a Part time Contract toHire role.
Roles &Responsibilities :
Reports toRegional Account Executive regarding strategies on sales growth perassigned region in store activations and activities sales reportsand sales growth for retail partners strategies and plans forfuture B&M retail sales growth opportunities for the Austin TXregion
Responsible for in store brand andproduct training plans and opportunities for B&M sales growthfor retail partners
Support elevated in storeevents retailer led events and branded promotions for retailpartners
Minimum Qualifications :
2 years experience in the retailbeauty / cosmetic environment required. This position must work aminimum of 2025 hours in store per week / additional 23 hours deskwork per week
- Weekly 11 TB (Monday) withRegional Account Executive
- 45x days in storeto support sales growth education / training for retail partners andin store events for the overall B&M sales growth of belif(Friday Saturday and most Sundays are dedicated to retailer visitsand sales support)
- Reports due on weekly basis(due every Sunday evening)
Must have reliabletransportation (car) / or reliable access to public transit in / outof city and be willing to travel throughout the Austin TX region tovisit retail partners
Must be able to carryevent material and heavy boxes of product for events / storevisits
Proficient in Excel WordPowerPoint
