Experience working in brokerage firm with HEB or a large retailer as a customer is a huge plus. To succeed in this role, you should be highly organized and able to perform multiple tasks for different teams/clients at the same time..

Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately enter a high volume of data from multiple sources into the customer portal
- Manage day-to-day relationships
- Email inquiries and requests
- Manage and maintain assigned project calendars
- Phone inquiries
- Create and manage various excel cost, sales and information tracking reports
- Appropriate follow-up
- Maintain internal database
- Prepare CEO for sales calls and conduct appropriate follow-up
- Fine-tune PowerPoint decks & pricing
- Logistics
- Communicate shipments & shipment deliveries
Skills:
- Strong computer and keyboard skills, which include MS Office, PowerPoint, Word, Advanced Excel, and Outlook. MS Office certification is a plus
- Database management
- Proficient mathematical skills
- Analytical ability to develop and implement improvements or recommendations
- Effectively handle multiple projects simultaneously in a deadline-driven environment
- Complete multiple projects timely as scheduled
- Organize and prioritize daily duties in order to meet needs
- Ability to problem solve and devise creative solutions
- Perform under tight deadlines while maintaining professionalism and enthusiasm
- Proactively collaborate with other team members
Education:
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree
Experience:
- 3-5 years of office environment experience
- 3-5 years of data organization and entry experience
