Now hiring -> Regional Director of Clinical Services - Madison/Wausau Area

The role includes operating the facilities with a focus on maximizing the clinical product. The candidate will work hand in hand with the director of operations to ensure all aspects of the facilities are working efficiently.

This position is responsible for leading, monitoring, and improving clinical services within the Madison/Wausau region. Supports nurse leaders and the interdisciplinary team and ensures that assigned locations maintain the integrity of all clinical systems and standards. Works to achieve the shared goal of maintaining quality outcomes in the top percentile of comparative long-term care sectors.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Supporting nurse leaders and the interdisciplinary team with assessments and recommendations for clinical care delivery systems.
• Overseeing clinical operations and ensuring quality outcomes for all facilities in the Madison/Wausau region
• Performing assessments to identify opportunities for improvement; providing reports with details of the issues and recommendations.
• Providing support and backup through the clinical services team for facility work, as needed.

Qualifications:

• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of WI.
• Bachelor’s degree in nursing or related field.
• Experience as a Regional Clinical Manager or extensive experience as a Director of Nursing or similar nurse leadership role
• Proven public speaking skills and strong communication skills
• Knowledge of clinical information systems/software processes, care planning processes, utilization of quality data, regulatory standards, and resident assessment.
• Ability to coordinate and support clinical skills fairs and clinical simulation experiences.
• Knowledge of the long-term care continuum of care.
• Ability and willingness to travel to regional facilities, as required
