What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sales Consultant position at SNI Companies?
The Sales Consultant is responsible for generating new home sales and managing closings. This role drives the traffic conversion of buyers of new homes in their communities. The sales consultant is also responsible for assisting the builders and buyers in ensuring a great customer experience through the construction process and maintaining a strong relationship with all buyers after closing.
Responsibilities
- Drive home sales through networking, outreach to area real estate agents, and various marketing strategies to the public.
- Manage, qualify, and actively seek customer inbound traffic, referrals, and other means to generate new traffic.
- Communicate with mortgage lenders to confirm required documentation is received.
- Facilitate a smooth sales process with the builder, buyer, real estate agent, and lender to ensure all aspects of the buying process are coordinated properly through closing.
Qualifications
- 1 years' of inside or outside sales, sales consulting, or business development experience
- Knowledge of homebuilding or experience in new home sales is a plus but not required.
- Superior customer service skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
- Proven ability to build relationships with realtors, influencers, and potential homebuyers.
- History of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Must have a high attention to details.
- HS Diploma or GED
