Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of accountants and ensure the timely and accurate compilation, analysis and reporting
- Lead the month-end closure and reconciliations process, including managing bank accounts, statements, invoices, and journal entries/general ledger. Ensuring deadlines are met
- Prepared weekly cash flow forecasts to management and recommended cash requirement needs
- Reviewed account reconciliations, journal entries, state sales/use tax filings, budgets, and weekly pay cycles
Qualifications
- 8 years of GL accounting experience
- CPA is a must
- Experience with sales tax and treasury a plus
