Job Description
Sr Service Desk TechnicianSNI Technology has been retained to assist in filling a Sr Service Desk Technician for a great local Jacksonville client. This is an onsite, full-time/direct hire role with full benefits offered.
Targeting Salary: Between $50k-$57k.
Schedule: Onsite during normal business hours Monday-Friday.
Requirements: Candidates must be located in Jacksonville, FL area. Must be able to pass a Background Check/Drug Screen. and have reliable transportation.
Summary: Troubleshoot and support internal systems, applications, end user stations in office and remotely.
Qualifications/Experience Needed:
- 2-3 years of professional IT Support experience
- Windows 10, Windows Server, Active Directory, Office 365, Hardware, Printers, Software/Application Support, Basic troubleshooting and monitoring of physical servers.
- TCP/IP networking principles, LAN/WAN, antivirus software, knowledge of network security systems, applications, procedures and techniques
- Any SCCM experience and experienced handling escalated tickets would be a plus
- Fortinet experience would be a plus
- Certifications are a plus
Salary : $50,000 - $57,000
