Purpose and Scope of Position:
Perform accounting and clerical tasks related to the efficient recording of payments and other accounting records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer pricing inquiries
- Enter customer payments
- Manage credit card receipts and coding
- Assist with accounts payable vouchering
- Other accounting duties as assigned
- Analyze cost and recommend changes
Essential Skills:
- Follow directions
- Work independently
- Detail oriented
- Proficient in data entry
- Ability to follow a work schedule
- Ability to work well with other employees
Preferred Experience:
- Knowledge of relevant computer applications, Outlook, Excel, ERPs
- 2-3 years office, accounting experience
Language Requirements:
- English
Education and Training Requirements:
- 2 Years Post Graduation
Physical Demands:
- Ability to stand sit 8 hours a day
Work Environment:
- Office area
