Job Duties:
- Supervision of all Plumbing activities.
- Hiring, Training and Leadership of Plumbing Team Members.
- A Champion of leading a dynamic Sales Culture with a Growth Mindset.
- Conducts individual and departmental Performance Reviews.
- Ability to hold others accountable to company policies and procedures.
- Handles all Customer related Requests, Concerns, etc.
- Able to Create, Establish and Maintain a Safe Work Environment
REQUIREMENTS:
- 5 years of Residential Plumbing Experience running all day to day activities such as ordering materials, scheduling, P&L, reports, meetings budgets, etc.
- Demonstrate a great attitude and the ability to communicate effectively to a multitude of individuals consistently.
- The ability to hold yourself and your team accountable to achieve company goals.
- A forward thinker with the ability to embrace growth and change.
- Valid driver’s license
- Knowledge of computer systems and software.
