Senior Procurement Business Partner

The Procurement Business Partner will work with the business to provide informed Procurement advice, support, and solutions. They’ll partner closely with FP&A and the business to align on spend, budget planning, and will execute on those plans and transactions.  The Procurement Business Partner will lead or provide self service guidance for bidding exercises, negotiations and new supplier onboarded.  Finally there will be elements of supplier management and contract management.

Responsibilities: 

• Business partnering to establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, business counterparts and decision-makers.
• Own the end-to-end source to pay process, including transactional component for their dedicated business units
• Design procurement enablement framework for SAAS and Corporate Services to reduce risk, support business needs, and drive value. 
• Work closely with FP&A and the business to manage budgets alignment, and advise on future spend.

Desired Skills and Experience

• 5-10 years of experience in SAAS procurement, ideally additional experience in Corporate Services
• Generalist Procurement experience, able to navigate cross commodities
• Data obsessed, familiar with data analytics tools and data visualisation /dashboards on indirect spend
• Customer centric, able to quickly establish strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders 
• Extensive experience in process improvements and transformations 
• Strong communication and enablement skills, with the ability to influence effectively
• Familiar with Procurement technologies with a system thinking mindset
• Change management experience 
• Entrepreneurial spirits 
• Accountability mindset- act like an owner
• Experienced in a hyper growth environment, preferably in the software space
• Bias for effective action - excellent time management with a sense of urgency
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills 
• The ability to make visions happen
