Looking for a talented Property Manager with large building Luxury Rental experience.
Managing a 2 building 500 unit luxury apartment complex.
Heavy tenant relations experience.
Dealing with tenants moving in and out.
VERY high level of service.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.
Duties:
- Manage all aspects of property operations, including leasing, rent collection, maintenance, and tenant relations
- Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with safety and maintenance standards
- Address tenant concerns and resolve conflicts or disputes in a timely manner
- Coordinate repairs and maintenance requests with contractors or maintenance staff
- Stay updated on local laws and regulations pertaining to property management
- Assist with budgeting and financial planning for the properties
Skills:
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer relationship management skills
- Strong negotiation and conflict management abilities
- Proficient in office software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite)
- Knowledge of property management principles and practices
- Experience in legal administrative or related field is a plus
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $125,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
