Soar Transportation is seeking CDL A OTR Reefer Owner Operators Nationwide . Now more than ever, great people are needed to get the job done.

As part of our SOAR team, you’ll serve an impressive roster of clients, hauling temperature-controlled freight in late model, well-equipped trucks.

Compensation

• Annual pay : $200,000 average gross pay
• Earn $1.40 for every loaded mile
• Receive an additional $0.01 per year of service, up to a cap of $1.45
• Enjoy a 100% pass-through fuel surcharge based off of weekly D.O.E. National Average
• Earn 50 CPM on dispatched empty miles
• Additional Pay :
• Get $50 per hour after just 2 hours of waiting
• Maximize your earnings with a cap of $300 per 24-hour period
• Paid via direct deposit weekly

Home time, Route & Schedule

• Home Time : Choose your home time, most drivers are home for 3-4 days every 3 weeks
• Average weekly miles - 2,450 - 3,000
• Route : i80 and i90 corridors, could drive outside those areas occasionally
• 100% no touch freight

Equipment Requirements

• 2012 or Newer
• Must have physical damage insurance, bobtail / non-trucking liability, occupational accident coverage, general liability coverage

Qualification

• Must have valid CDL A License
• 23 years of age
• Minimum 1 year over the road experience
• Clean MVR and driving history
• Solid work history
• Clean background
• Operates under SOAR authority
• Cannot reside in the following states as an Independent Contractor : WA, OR, CA, FL, KY, IL, PA, DC, DE, MD, NJ, CT, RI, NY, MA, NH, ME, VT
