Summary of Position
The Pre-Construction Supervisor will oversee our “Back Office” pre-construction operations. You’ll guarantee that front end pre-construction efforts for our projects, remains a smooth and efficient process by monitoring employee’s performance and organizing workflows.
In a fast-paced environment like our Residential New Construction group, the supervisor is an integral part of the “Back Office” Support staff. They must be competent, detail oriented, and flexible. You should also be able to optimize day-to-day activities while minimizing the costs.
The goal is to ensure that pre-construction processes in the Back office, result in the Right Materials and Manpower, being delivered to the Right Jobs, at the Right Time.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
- 3 Years Management experience, preferably with a high volume, fast paced company.
- Construction or Plumbing/Heating Industry experience a plus.
- High School Diploma; Degree in a technical, or relevant field will be an advantage
- Must have excellent computer skills in Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- ServMan Software experience a plus.

Pre Construction Administrator WORK SCHEDULE
This full-time position in residential new construction typically works Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM - 4 PM. Overtime can be expected during peak periods.
