Soci is seeking a Regional Sales Representative to join our team! You will work on proactively growing your territory through new customer relationships, resolve customer questions, and offer solutions to drive company profit margin. Customer service is of the utmost importance in this role and is key to relationship management.
The territory for this listing is East Texas, Louisiana, Arkansas
Responsibilities:
- Present and sell company products/services to new as well as existing customers
- Prospect and grow new accounts within each region
- Meet monthly and annual territory sales targets
- Resolve customer inquiries and product opportunities
- Conduct product knowledge training with customer sales teams
- Set follow-up appointments to keep customers up to date on order statuses, new and existing products, as well as inventory availability
- Install and reset displays, maximize the SOCI product line inside each client’s showroom
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in outside sales and customer service required
- Previous tile and sink industry experience preferred
- Familiarity with CRM platforms and ERP systems, NetSuite preferred
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Reside within sales region
- Ability to work independently & be self-motivated to achieve goals
- 50% overnight travel required
