Top-Tier Investment Management Firm is seeking an Investment Advisory Client Services Associate!
Responsibilities:
- Assist with retail and institutional client servicing
- Responsible for new account onboarding, distribution of statements and invoices, maintaining distribution lists, and communicating with clients
- Assist with weekly, monthly, quarterly client reporting and address any client feedback in a timely manner.
- Work with internal departments to research and resolve escalated shareholder inquiries.
- Periodically review forms and applications for accuracy and completeness.
- Maintain client portal database and onboard new client contacts.
- Address shareholder inquiries received via inbound phone line, email, and mail.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree.
- Series 7 is required
- Series 63 or 66 is required
- 1-5 years experience in a similar position
- General knowledge of the asset management industry preferred
- Experience with Advent APX and Salesforce preferred
- Ability to prioritize and organize workload, multi-task, adapts quickly to change, and deliver under the pressure of deadlines.
- Shows strong aptitude to anticipate client requests.
