About this position: 

Social Driver is looking to add a Senior Motion Graphics producer to its rapidly growing creative studio. Supported by dedicated account and project management support, this role works with clients to develop and execute creative concepts to share some of their most important stories through animated explainer videos, gifs, and more. Our ideal Senior Motion Graphics Producer is never afraid to ask questions and think big, and you’ll have that opportunity while working on both standalone videos all the way to national campaigns. 

This role sits within the creative studio which specializes in creating motion graphics for social and digital media. You will be integral in the process from client onboarding, to storyboarding, to animation and post production. A few of the animation skills you have the opportunity to use and hone: character rigging, cel animation (frame by frame), vector animation, and text animation. You’ll be part of a team that invests in personal growth to improve skills within the company and in your personal future. You'll stretch your creative muscles and come up with unique solutions for a wide range of clients This position reports directly to our Associate Creative Director and Creative Team Lead.

Responsibilities & Requirements:

• 5 years of experience
• Agency or client services background
• Proficient with the Adobe Creative Suite especially Adobe Premiere & After Effects 
• Experience with editing live-action footage, including color correction and sound editing. Ability to clearly outline production steps, plan and implement live-action shoots.
• Strong knowledge of the video production process (from pre to post-production) and conceptulize, art direct, and animate high-end motion graphics for use across social and digital media channels
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a team environment
• Can prioritize and maintain high levels of productivity under pressure of concrete deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) possessing the ability to present to clients. Solve production and design problems, counsel clients and offer recommendations on complex issues
• Follow current trends and forecast new techniques to conceptualize creative ideas as well as have a strong sense of good design.
• Collaborate with creative and project teams to understand client needs and deliver a final product that meets the client goals.
• Ability to lead a team of motion graphic designers (Includes contractors)

Bonus:

• Sound effect editing experience
• Art Direction experience
• 3D Animation experience
• Experience with Asana, Harvest, Slack, and/or Google Drive
