Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate daily schedules and meetings for executives
- Organize travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries
- Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
- Serve as the primary point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders
- Assist in project management and follow up on deadlines
- Handle correspondence and respond to inquiries on behalf of executives
- Perform general administrative tasks, such as managing expenses, organizing files, and maintaining office supplies
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative role
