Sodexo is seeking an experienced Chef Manager for the Harmony Public Schools production kitchen in Duncanville, TX. We need a quick thinking, organized leader to ensure top notch meal production and delivery. Large scale cook and chill experience required. Valid driver's license required. Shift start at 4:00am.
The successful candidate will:
- have oversight of day-to-day operations;
- deliver high quality food service;
- achieve company and client financial targets and goals;
- develop and maintain client and customer relationships;
- develop strategic plans;
- have large order experience and accuracy;
- must have reliable transportation and valid driver's license;
- flexibility with a team work mentality, assisting in kitchen/driving as needed;
- create a positive environment; and/or
- ensure Sodexo standards are met.

Position Summary
Responsible for the day to day execution of the menus & culinary deliverables. May be responsible for smaller units within a multi-location.
Key Duties- Executes the culinary function.- Customer & Client satisfaction.- Handles administrative functions.
