Unit Description
The Human Resources Administration Manager serves as a strategic business partner and advisor to Comfort Keepers’ Company Operations Division and Franchise Network.
The role is responsible for all HR Operations functions for CK North America including Compensation, Benefits, HRIS, Performance Management, Succession Planning, HR Compliance, HR Policies and Procedures, as well as recruitment, onboarding, and retention of the Corporate employee groups.
The Human Resources Administration Manager will partner with the Vice President of Human Resources and other LOB executives on Talent Strategy, Learning & Development and Training initiatives, as well as leading HR M&A support. In addition, the role leads and manages a team of 3-5 HR Specialists.
Position Requirements• Bachelor’s Degree in an HR-related field required• Advanced degree &/or HR certifications preferred• 8+ years of HR experience and leadership• Experience supporting multi-state operations• Experience with ADP HRIS
Position Summary
Completes administrative Human Resources (HR) analysis, reporting and project management for key HR initiatives within a segment. Implements segment specific HR programs as developed and prioritized by segment HR leadership. Serves as liaison between segment HR and corporate functions. Implements major corporate HR programs (performance management, merit, succession planning) across the segment. Support new unit opening/acquisition process through coordination of enterprise resources (RightStart, Mobility & Records team).
Analyzes and addresses PeopleCenter segment trends and issues. Identifies and supports continuous improvement opportunities within enterprise shared services model.
