Sofa Savers also provides a free local furniture removal service for gently used couches, sectionals, and living room sets.
Role Description
This is a part-time on-site role for a Sales Floor Team Member at Sofa Savers in Ann Arbor, MI. The Sales Floor Team Member will be responsible for assisting customers, organizing furniture displays, processing sales transactions, and maintaining a clean and inviting store environment. Additionally you will be responsible for helping unload shipments and cleaning/ staging sofas each week.
Qualifications
- Customer service and sales skills
- Visual merchandising and display organization
- Cash handling and POS system experience
- Physical ability to lift and move furniture
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail oriented and able to meet cleaning standards on all Sofas
- Ability to fix electric / structural componets of a sofa is plus
- Sewing skills is a plus
Compensation
- $15 per hour
- 20 to 30hrs a week
