Labor and Data Controller

Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
The Labor and Data Controller reports to the Site Operations Manager and performs various administrative duties.
- Perform a variety of administrative and clerical support to all departments of the facility, including providing project management support to managers across the organization as needed.
- Provide support and ensure the proper tracking for all personnel requests.
- Communicate with production teams to monitor and track employee attendance and enter the data into ADP.
- Partner with the Human Resources department to maintain organizational charts, track attendance and weekly schedules, report on overtime, vacations, sick leave, and injuries, and calculate quarterly bonuses for all employees.
- Provide operational support for the preparation of shift schedules and ensure proper shift allocation for employees off work.
- Responsible for maintaining operational SOPs, tracking training completed, maintaining a skills matrix for personnel, and preparing training manuals and documents as needed.
- Track employee evaluations in relation to the progression plans, and make sure all payment forms are sent to HR on time.
- Support communicational efforts including in-house team-building activities by arranging internal and external events, safety meetings, and other various in-office meetings.
- Provide positive communication and action for employee relations by conducting business with the highest standard of personal, professional, and ethical conduct.
- Maintain compliance and confidentiality with employee information.
- Maintain a safe work area and comply with safety procedures and equipment operating rules to keep the work area in clean and orderly condition.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- An Associate Degree and 2-3 years of relevant experience are preferred.
- Must possess basic computer skills – Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and work independently.
- Ability to work under time pressure and meet deadlines.
