Job Posting for Revenue Cycle Management Laboratory Sales at SOFT COMPUTER CONSULTANTS
SCC Soft Computer/(RCM-eServices) is looking for a dynamic and motivated Revenue Cycle Manager Laboratory - Regional Sales Manager to spearhead national sales in Laboratory/ Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management Services. The Regional Sales Manager must be comfortable with challenging the status quo and help the Laboratory in monetizing its investment with SCC Soft Computer/(RCM-eServices) Revenue Cycle Management tools and services.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Discover new business contacts and close the sale from Laboratory Systems
Manage overall action plans to exceed quarterly quota
Cultivate relationships with a wide variety of key decision makers
Conduct face-to-face discovery and sales meetings
Initiate and expand on associations with high priority accounts
Develop proposals and deliver presentations
Estimate costs and pricing for products and services
Provide competitive market feedback
Assist in promotional activities including print, online, electronic media, and direct mail
Prepare periodic sales report showing sales volume, potential sales, and areas of proposed client base expansion

Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Business or related field
5-10 years' experience with proven sales background in the Laboratory RCM market
An active rolodex of existing relationships with key decision makers in laboratory, health systems.
Understanding of healthcare provider reimbursement process and its dynamics
Ability to connect with customers and gain trust quickly
Proficiency in MS-Office suite and Salesforce or equivalent CRM
Familiarity with established Sales processes and sales funnel management
