Job Description
SOFT's client, located in Northboro, MA is looking for an Analyst for a long term contract assignment. This is a hybrid position, primarily remote.
The Analyst plays an important role in supporting the Customer Connections Manager by maintaining progress updates of all critical processes and procedures. This position is responsible for determining the most effective ways to improve customer and internal processes and deliver exceptional service. The Analyst develops ways to maximize efficiency and manage resources and capabilities more effectively and deliver customer value. This role will also support the design and implementation of pilot programs, projects, procedures, and policies, along with procedure adherence within the Customer Connections team to improve the ways of working for the Company.
Key Accountabilities:
- Develop/maintain procedures within the business
- Develop/maintain Excel reports for supply chain
- Monitor adherence to established procedures
- Deliver guidance and support the implementation of new and existing processes and procedures.
- Report performance in hubs and stakeholder meetings and conduct impact analysis for risks and change requests
- Report and monitor progress against baseline plan and key milestones, ensuring issues and resolutions are
communicated in a timely fashion.
- Develop high level metrics to administer the group’s performance
- Prepare and write relevant documentation in order that all stakeholders are fully informed and all evidence or statistics
are documented.
- Track existing KPIs for adherence and compliance.
- Manage the day-to-day relationship with relevant internal parties or employees in order to understand their requirements,
deliver appropriate, customized solutions and advice, and build cross-functional working in line with the Company’s policies
and processes.
- Monitor and review information, updating where necessary in order to identify any anomalies or discrepancies and
ensure management has access to up to date and accurate information. &
Knowledge & Experience Required:
- Bachelor's degree required and/or 5 years of related experience in a related role
- Expert in relevant software and tools including e.g. Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Visio, and SharePoint)
- Broad technical depth in multiple, related fields sufficient to lead programs or projects.
- Knowledge of the Company’s business operations, company policies and practices
- Knowledge of relevant energy industry practice.
- Strong working knowledge of tools and systems within designated area.
- Knowledge of and ability to learn and implement Performance Excellence or other process oriented methodology to drive towards a culture of continuous improvement
