The Customer Care Associate provides customer care support through voice, web and portal support, over queries related to Benefits and HR Services
Core Responsibilities:
- Professionally handle Health, Insurance employee benefits and HR related requests from customers and ensure that issues are resolved both promptly and thoroughly.
- Responsible for assisting callers through Voice, Web or Portals, as specified by the client
- Responsible for ensuring high Customer Satisfaction and providing utmost Customer experience and making every single client interaction delightful.
- Follows through to ensure all questions and issues are resolved.
Your Impact as a Customer Care Associate
- Ensure timely and accurate service delivery at defined productivity levels
- Build client & domain knowledge to be able to deliver a resolution on the first conversation
- Ensure adherence to Client Service Level Agreements (SLAs) like Customer Satisfaction, Service Level, Handle Time & Customer Effort
- Maintain Internal & Client level delivery quality on calls, chats & email conversations
- Adhere to Company policies
- Execute issue /query resolution and ensure proper documentation & follow-up
- Identify, share and support operational improvement
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $13.50 - $14.00 per hour
