We are looking for an experienced full stack developer to join our team as a contractor. You will use various methods to develop web app for an Apple iPad  and setup an API gateway with AWS to communicate data and results with AWS S3 and AWS Sagemaker.

Responsibilities

• Web app development for Apple iPad
• Setup AWS Cloud serverless components (i.e. API GW, Lambda, Cognito, Dynamo, Sagemaker, etc.) to communicate with Apple iPad web app.
• Enable smooth transfer of data from Apple iPad to AWS S3 / Sagemaker and receive information back to Apple iPad

Skills

• Full-Stack web application development experience
• AWS data AND application experience
• Broad hands-on experience in AWS Cloud serverless components and ability to build and maintain cloud data processing systems (i.e. API GW, Lambda, Cognito, Dynamo, Sagemaker, Athena, etc.)
• Hands-on experience with the entire software development lifecycle i.e. requirements, design, implementation, testing, deployment and post-production support
• Expert troubleshooting and deployment experience with strong understanding of transforming business and functional requirements into efficient technical solutions
• Experience with system integrations, optimizing performance and data integrity
• Strong technical and non-technical communication skills. Assures smooth flowing, timely transmission of critical information.
• Excellent judgment and problem-solving skills; individual should be able to resolve urgent problems in a calm and quick manner and display a high degree of initiative and drive

Qualifications

• BS in Computer Science, or related experience
• 4 years – software development experience
• 4 years – web development experience
• 4 years – experience with object-oriented programming languages like PHP or C# or Java or Python
• AWS Certificatation is nice to have
