Job summary
Primary Skills
• Experience with audio-visual conference room equipment required
• 3 years of experience supporting corporate AV environments
• 3 years of experience supporting any Video Conferencing endpoints such as Polycom, Cisco Telepresence, ZOOM etc
• Knowledge of AV hardware such as Polycom, Creston, Logitech, ZOOM native Audio DSP etc.
Responsibilities
• Maintenance, troubleshooting and problem-solving technical issues involving the performance and status of audio-visual equipment including AV rack equipment, controllers, speakers, projectors, Microphones etc.
• Responds to requests and reports escalated for immediate assistance and service fulfillment
• Set up, test, operate, tear down and troubleshoot A/V systems
Salary : $40 - $50
