- A MacOS support engineer/architect is a professional who provides technical assistance and solutions for MacOS devices and systems. They are responsible for installing, configuring, troubleshooting, and maintaining the performance and security of MacOS environments. They also design and implement MacOS architectures that meet the needs and expectations of the clients and users.
- To become a successful MacOS support engineer/architect, one needs to have a combination of technical, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Networking skills:
