Job Description 

Job Description:

  • Java developers with understanding of application deployment (infrastructure), something closer to SRE.  Java Developers primarily backend, Springs, Microservices, Container.  
  • Developers that meet the Java / AWS requirements. The requirement is for the consultant ability to migrate/modernize from the legacy modules to microservices based modules

Application uses following Tech Stack         

  • Backend: Java (1.8 ), Spring, Spring boot, Micro Services
  • DB Layer: Hibernate/JPA DynamoDB
  • APIs: Mostly REST, SOAP good to have, Understanding of API security/Gateway
  • Testing Automation: Ex. Junit/Spock
  • Tools: Ex. Version control software, Eclipse/IntelliJ, Splunk, Dynatrace

What Amdocs need:

  • Developers capable of converting/dismantle functionality from existing monolithic application to Micro Services.
  • Tier 3 application support (mostly to new micro services)
  • Experienced in following code quality standards using SONAR/Greenfield etc.
  • Understating and work exigence in environment with CICD implementation
  • Knowledge of best coding practices
  • Fully available during work hours and disciplined
