The Role:
Sojern is seeking an Account Manager to work with major travel advertisers in a fast-paced, online advertising environment. The Account Manager will play a critical role within the company through hands-on management of advertiser campaigns while developing and maintaining our partner relationships. Key responsibilities of the role include:
Work with actionable insights to deliver exciting proposals and strategic guidance to clients in the digital advertising space
Coordinate with sales, ad operations, and clients to ensure campaigns are successfully launched and meet clients’ goals
Utilize knowledge of the programmatic landscape to develop innovative campaign strategies to wow existing clients and grow your account portfolio
Proactively manage the day-to-day activity across your agency and direct client business, identifying growth and upsell opportunities that contribute to the regional revenue target
Partner closely with internal teams on day-to-day operational processes to drive improvements
Analyze campaign performance data and provide optimization recommendations to ensure client satisfaction and renewal
Grow skills in digital marketing storytelling
To succeed in this role, you must work well with people, be comfortable making data-driven decisions, refining processes and have an aptitude for learning!
What you bring to the table:
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Accounting or a related field
2-4 years industry, Account Management experience in Ad Tech / Programmatic / Digital Account Management, or managing large clients
Experience working with a DSP and/or a social media platform like Adphorus is added bonus
Strong analytical abilities that leverage our data-driven platform to produce successful campaigns
Experience retaining and growing client accounts
Willing to wear multiple hats and roll up your sleeves to get the job done
Ability to work cross-functionally with internal and external teams
Self-driven, detail-oriented and have exemplary organization skills
Motivated by the idea of evolving within a start-up environment
Excellent communication, writing and presentation skills
