Role: 

We are looking for a talented attorney who has experience working in the technology and digital industry. You will work in a fast-paced, diverse, collaborative and motivated legal department that values integrity, humor and teamwork. 

Responsibilities:

  • Contract drafting, negotiation and advisory responsibilities for Sojern’s commercial, business development and product teams.

  • Administration and resolution of legal issues that arise in existing commercial relationships.

  • Template and playbook development, review, maintenance and administration.

What you bring to the table:

  • J.D. degree, or international law degree and membership in at least one U.S. state bar.

  • 4 years of experience as a practicing attorney; prior in-house experience at a technology start-up company is a huge plus.

  • Clear, crisp communication skills, exceptional judgment, and a practical, business-minded approach are essential for success in this role.

  • Experience collaborating, navigating, and advancing projects in a multi-stakeholder environment.
