Position: Sola Leasing Manager
The Leasing Manager will be located in proximity of the DC Metro are and is a front-line position which directly addresses the needs of our professionals and is responsible for executing our Sola programs and initiatives in the market. We are a service business in which we enable professionals to grow successful businesses. Sola’s success is based on marketing and recruiting the best professionals in the market and working with them to stay with us long-term. The Sola Manager is directly responsible for delivering a high level of support and service to our professionals and their clients so they can each achieve their success as they define it.
This is full-time position with some nights and weekends required. Our beauty professionals have 24/7 access to the salon, so it is sometimes necessary to work before or after usual business hours to accommodate their schedules. The right person for this position is passionate about supporting other’s success, has a proven ability to communicate, is organized and detail oriented, and can assist in developing effective systems and executing processes.

Job Responsibilities

- Ability to use various technologies to complete basic job functions, such as iOS devices and/or Android devices, PC or Mac computer, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, RentManager, Outlook and other communication platforms such as Zoom and Microsoft Teams.
Oversee day-to-day operations of the business:
- Oversee lead generation for new Sola Professionals.
- Oversee leasing of studios.
- Manage property occupancy by maintaining qualified beauty professionals through following up on leads and scheduling and conducting property tours for prospective professionals.
Stylist Relations:
- Negotiate and maintain rental agreements.
- Conduct orientations to the property and Sola Studios concept.
- Identify and resolve tenant issues quickly, efficiently, and in accordance with our Company values.
- Send out communications using company specific tools for updates and notices.
- Utilize company resources to train new beauty professionals on the Sola Differentiators from our competition.
- Treat Sola professionals with dignity and respect.
Facilities Management:
- Ensure the salons are maintaining a clean and high-end appeal to Professionals and clients on a routine basis.
- Communicate regularly to schedule maintenance and repairs with our handyman, painter, and other contractors.
- Negotiate contracts with service providers.
- Conduct regular inspections of property to ensure it is up to our Company standards and is in good working order.
- Quickly resolve emergency maintenance issues.
- Resolve minor technology issues for various systems within the salons.
Team Member:
- Keeps an open dialogue with supervisor and other members of the Sola team on prospects, vacancies, physical condition of property, best practices, etc.
- Encouraged to actively participate in the social media presence of Sola Salons through Facebook, Instagram, etc. to help boost our online presence in accordance with our marketing department.
Required Experience
- 1-3 years of experience in a similar role

Compensation
The pay range for this role starts at $50,000-60,000 yr. and is commensurate with experience. You may also qualify for a performance bonus based on company and individual performance.
