Role Summary:
The Fitness Instructor is responsible for leading our group fitness classes to resort guests and members.
Core Responsibilities:
Please note that this is not an exhaustive list of everything that needs to be done! Within the Auberge family, our people always find new ways to look after the business, their guests, and their team-mates. Within this, the key responsibilities for this position are:
Educate our guests, who may be new to the sessions, and leads them in safe exercises.
Potentially leading private training sessions for our members and resort groups.
Lead one on one sessions as well as group, to meet guest's fitness objectives.
Sets up and breaks down session to ensure all equipment is stored neatly in place.
Required Qualifications:
Desired Fitness Certifications: Pilates Mat and Pilates Reformer, Yoga, Personal Training, HIIT Classes, Spinning, Bootcamp,TRX. Previous experience in same or similar position (Group Fitness/Yoga Instructor) in a luxury environment. Must have Group Fitness Certification, Liability Insurance, and Accredited Yoga Training Certification 300 hours. Must have a love for taking care of people and true sense of hospitality. Basic First Aid/CPR
