Role Summary:
The Maintenance Engineer is responsible for maintaining, repairing or modifying the resort property, equipment, and guest rooms as part of the engineering team. :
Core Responsibilities:
Please note that this is not an exhaustive list of everything that needs to be done! Within the Auberge family, our people always find new ways to look after the business, their guests, and their team-mates. Within this, the key responsibilities for this position are:
Repair or replace parts and/or components such as compressors, condensers, evaporators, motors, expansion valves, temperature and humidity controls, fans, control panels, switches, fuses, filters, gauges, ducts, piping, tubing, and related components.
Test and repair systems; identify malfunctions repair or replace parts and/or components such as compressors, condensers, evaporators, motors, expansion valves, temperature and humidity controls, fans, control panels, switches, fuses, filters, gauges, ducts, piping, tubing, and related components.
Required Qualifications:
Must have experience in electrical, mechanical, and plumbing troubleshooting, repairs and maintenance. Must have abilities in painting, drywall repair, carpentry masonry, and laundry & kitchen equipment repair. Waste water experience is desired. EPA certification in HVAC/R universal desired. Strong communication skills, self starter, and able to work and troubleshoot with little supervision.
