Role Summary:
Join our team as a Assistant Manager for the Picobar at Solage, serving the needs of the business, our guests, and our colleagues in accordance with hotel standards. Maintains a service and management philosophy which serves as a guide to respective staff.

Core Responsibilities:
Please note that this is not an exhaustive list of everything that needs to be done! Within the Auberge family, our people always find new ways to look after the business, their guests, and their team-mates. Within this, the key responsibilities for this position are:
Maintaining complete knowledge of all menu selections available in all outlets, the department’s financial standing at all times, POS and manual procedures, daily/weekly management of missed punches, punch edits, and weekly gratuity management. The ideal candidate will also have complete knowledge and strictly abide by state liquor regulations, particularly those prohibiting service to minors, intoxicated persons and drunk driving. Being responsible for services including but not limited to revenue achievement, cost control, payroll management, purchasing, receiving, budgeting, forecasting, standard development/maintenance, and staff development. :
Required Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years experience in food and beverage, preferably in a luxury hotel environment
Minimum 21 years of age
Food handlers certificate
Knowledge of various food services styles
Ability to satisfactorily communicate in English with guests, management and co-workers to their understanding.
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, according to department needs
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Computer training, preferably in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
