**Key Responsibilities:**
1. **Team Leadership:**
- Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing team of solar sales representatives and customer service agents.
- Foster a positive and motivating work environment to maximize team productivity and morale.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback for professional development.
2. **Sales Performance:**
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve and exceed solar sales targets.
- Monitor and analyze sales metrics, identify trends, and implement improvements to enhance performance.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales scripts and techniques.
3. **Customer Service Excellence:**
- Ensure the delivery of exceptional customer service by implementing and maintaining high service standards.

4. **Process Optimization:**
