OFFICE ASSISTANT
SOLAR TINT, INC.
Duties:
The Office Assistant is responsible for coordinating the daily operations of a busy window tinting company. The Office Coordinator will interact with customers in person and on the telephone; answering inquiries, and showing and selling automotive film. Directs inquiries to appropriate staff for resolution.
- Answers calls and provides information to callers, takes messages, and routes calls as necessary
- Schedules appointments for automotive tint
- Describes and sells automotive film to customers
- Creates sales receipts and receives payment using Quickbooks
- Creates and maintains filing system
- Follows up with customers to confirm appointments
- Creating Microsoft Excel and Word documents as needed
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Detail oriented.
- Ability to prioritize is required
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- At least two (2) years of relevant work experience working in an clerical or administrative role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Experience with Quickbooks or similar software a plus
- Must be a self-starter and able to work on multiple projects at one time
- Must be able to work occasional Saturdays
