Sales Representative

Duties:
- Procure leads through door-to-door interactions, social media outreach, and networking
- Shadow experienced Solar Advisors to learn about presentations and sales techniques
- Accurately write orders and input data into our system
- Engage with the community at local events such as Farmer's Markets
- Follow established sales programs to drive results
- Assist in distributing promotional materials to generate interest
- Educate homeowners on the benefits of solar energy systems
- Contribute to environmental conservation efforts through promoting sustainable practices
Requirements:
- 1 year of experience in customer service and sales preferred
- Familiarity with the service industry is advantageous
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team towards common goals
- Strong communication skills and a customer-centric approach
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and sales strategies
