The Office Manager will organize and coordinate office administration and procedures, in order to ensure organizational effectiveness, efficiency, and safety. The Office Manager is responsible for developing intra-office communication protocols, streamlining administrative procedures, inventory control, office staff supervision, and task delegation.
The successful office manager is an energetic professional who doesn’t mind wearing multiple hats. Experienced in handling a wide range of administrative duties and executive support-related tasks and able to work independently with little or no supervision. Well organized, flexible, and enjoys the administrative challenges of supporting an office of diverse people.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide office support, protocols and manage staffing for customer experience.
  • Assist in the implementation of office policies and procedures.
  • Office supply management and procurement.
  • Oversea office staff duties and results by coaching, counseling, disciplining, planning, monitoring, and evaluating.
  • Maintain and implement telephone & other office procedures, prepa re administrative correspondence, maintain filing systems, process supply requests, and assign and monitor clerical functions of office staff.
  • Handle retention of files, ret rieval, trans fer, and disposal of records.
  • Adobe team account – Set up team members, edit and make changes to plans, products, security and software in general.
  • Gmail Admin – Set up employee emails, passwords, etc.
  • Keeps management informed of any office maintenance requirements.
  • Verizon account administration – Order phones & cell service for staff.
  • Prepare and publish staff announcements thru Paylocity.
  • Report directly to President.
  • Other responsibililties as assigned.

EDUCATiON/EXPERIENCE/LICENCE REQUIREMENETS

  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
  • Two to three years experience in an office setting as manager.
  • Proficient with office software.

Pay: $48,000/yr to $65,000/yr D.O.E.
M-F 8:30AM to 4:30PM on a 9/80 work schedule. (Nine hour days with alternate Friday off)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $48,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
