Your Role:
SolarWinds is looking for a Latin America Channel Marketing Manager to join the Americas Channel Marketing team to develop and execute channel pipeline generation programs across our LATAM partner base, and regional demand generation activities. Your Impact:
In this role you will be able to:
- In this role, you will be able to drive development and execution of marketing campaigns and programs for strategic channel partner recruitment for LATAM resellers
- Collaborate across marketing, product marketing, and sales to define the content roadmap to support campaigns; collaborates with product marketing for content creation, editing and copywriting for a variety of channels
- Lead execution of LATAM quarterly / annual marketing plans including channel marketing, web, email marketing, display, social, content calendaring.
- Drive and report performance of all campaigns and assess against business targets. Identify trends and insights and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
- Build strategies around and participate in the planning and development of direct & channel events, including agenda development, event flow, pre-event marketing, on-site participation, and collateral.
- Actively participate in global channel and go-to-market strategy with cross- functional teams.
- Support the Americas Channel Marketing team to fulfill both near term and long-term goals to drive regional growth.
- Manage campaign tracking across CRM, e-mail marketing, display, and social media platforms.
- Regularly craft and send partner communications, including updates and newsletters.
- Support live webcasts. Report on event performance and identify trends and insights.
- Work across internal teams including sales to support cross-functional alignment.
- Support channel partners in the successful execution of various marketing activities
- Manage the global hub of content and timelines for the LATAM channel team, MDF and translation activities
Qualifications
Your Experience:
- 5-7 years channel marketing experience (LATAM market preferred) with preferably IT software marketing experience.
- Ability to execute on plan and act with urgency
- Agile with a collaborative, curious, and inventive mindset
- Demonstrates high emotional intelligence, sound judgment, and makes thoughtful recommendations
- Understands customer focus and solutions
- Experience launching campaigns and co-marketing programs and have successfully launched partner marketing initiatives.
- Experience working with and supporting internal sales teams
- Experience in creating analytical reports for marketing campaigns, running and supporting webcasts.
- Understanding of partner marketing and email practices to the partners
- Demonstrated track record of keeping ahead of current channel marketing trends
- Proven experience uncovering and measuring KPIs and reporting campaign ROI to leadership team and stakeholders
