Solar Installer

We are seeking Solar Installers to install solar panels on residential homes. The successful candidates will have an awareness of the impacts of energy consumption, and be able to design systems for energy generation. Our ideal candidates will be mechanically inclined and be able to work independently in all weather conditions and at heights.

Responsibilities:

• Installing solar PV systems
• Maintaining a safe and clean work environment
• Act courteous and professional, respect the customers home
• Work in all weather conditions
• Climbing ladders and working at elevated heights of two or more stories
• Must be comfortable harnessed on a roof
• Knowledge and comfort with OSHA safety standards and strict adherence to company safety policies regarding fall protection, protective equipment, tailgate training and more
• Deal with strong vibrations or temperature extremes.
• Use power tools and heavy equipment to install solar panels or other renewable energy systems.
• Troubleshoot equipment.
• Install roofing materials.
• Solar Edge experience required
• Other duties as assigned

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

• 10 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
