Solenis Pool Solutions is looking for an experienced Pro Dealer Sales Analyst who is passionate about numbers to join our team to support our Pro Dealer channel. Are you passionate about data? Do you have a knack for transforming raw data into business insights which helps to tell the story? If so, Solenis Pool Solutions, has the role for you. As a Pro Dealer Sales Analyst, you will be responsible for building applications, creating reports, and providing detailed analysis for sales management. Your primary role is to look for trends, break down sales data by region and partner with sales to drive profitable sales growth. Key Responsibilities:
- Executes existing reporting and analytical responsibilities
- Leverages data analytics tools to create new dashboards, reports, and ad-hoc requests
- Apply both quantitative disciplines and creativity to translate data into actionable insights through data visualization
- Ensures the quality of work output by demonstrating a strong attention to detail
- Presents findings in easily understood ways, focuses on how the data analytics fits into the bigger picture
- Assist in identifying trends, drivers, and opportunities
- Identify solution requirements and the project scope, create the solution design, implement the design, test the design, and make sure the solution is maintained
- Share and recommend best practice approaches to meet business needs
- Provide Salesforce subject matter expertise to business, delivery team and IT teams
- Provide regular administration and support of business specific process and functionalities within Salesforce, including, but not limited to, designing, and implementing new functionality
- Partner with support team members to effectively deliver product changes and the transition of post go live support activities; provides escalated support assistance as required
Qualifications
- Analysis within a sales environment is a requirement for this role.
- Pool & Spa chemical knowledge preferred but not required
- Education: Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
- PowerPoint and Tableau proficiency
- Experience working with Salesforce, SAP and good communication skills
- Advanced in Excel (spreadsheets, pivot tables), advanced presentation creation skills are required
- Logical thinker who can identify, articulate, and resolve data related issues
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to listen to understand, and to translate the company/brand strategy to customers and support of strategies
- Effective communicator and collaborator with internal and external partners and customers
- Strong data visualization skills
- Intermediate statistical knowledge
The expected compensation range for this position is between $85,400 to $115,500, plus discretionary bonuses. The exact compensation may vary based on your skills, experience and other factors permitted by law.
