The Role We are looking for a Director of HR that helps create a high-performing, sustainable organization through integrated employee focused programs design to attract, develop, motivate and retain productive and engaged employees. This role builds the knowledge, skills and abilities of others to help them develop and achieve their potential. What You’ll Do Drive expecte business ROI from talent development systems and programs Evaluate the effectiveness of learning solutions for business impact and scalability Collaborate with HRBP´s to influence talent outcomes Mentor and coach other talent development team members Anticipate business needs then develop and implement talent programs to address those needs Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to existing talent processes and create new talent processes Manage talent development programs end-to-end Own the administration and coordination of talent and development programs Collect, organize, and analyze data from talent development systems and programs to create and adjust talent initiatives. Develop and facilitate, talent development program content System administration of e-learning systems and LMS Support compliance tracking and reporting requirements.
