The Role
We are looking for a Sales Systems Specialist to help us drive accurate and timely sales support for teams across the globe. This sales support will include generation of reports and dashboards, CRM troubleshooting, partnership with IT to complete system enhancements, and more. This person must be a result focused, data-driven, relentless problem solver who is comfortable operating without much direct oversight. Ultimately the role will be responsible for helping us drive sustainable growth across the portfolio of Solera companies.
What You’ll Do
- Monitor queue of Sales support requests from the global sales organization
- Create and maintain Salesforce reports and dashboards
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues being experienced by Sales team members, including access to sales tools, CRM data hygiene, and more
- Process Sales employee changes in the system to ensure proper sales tools are provided
- Partner closely with the global IT department to follow-up on internal cases and prioritize enhancements
- Communicate Sales System enhancements/changes to the sales organization
What You’ll Bring
- Experience generating Sales reporting and analysis
- Ability to drive execution relentlessly in complex matrixed environment
- Ability to build relationships with critical functions supporting Sales (Finance, HR, IT, etc)
- Expert in Sales Tools, Sales Processes, and Sales Operations
- Experience with Salesforce and other Sales CRMs is a plus
