We are currently seeking a highly qualified and motivated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team at a school in Norristown, PA. The ideal candidate should possess a strong background in providing exceptional speech and language services to students and be committed to helping them achieve their communication goals.
Responsibilities:
• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate students' speech and language abilities and create customized treatment plans to enhance their communication skills.
• Collaborate effectively with teachers, administrators, and parents to support student success.
• Deliver direct therapy services to students in both individual and group settings as required.
• Monitor and document student progress, adjust treatment plans as necessary, and maintain regular communication with parents and other stakeholders.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) by providing input on students' speech and language goals and objectives.
Qualifications:
• Possess a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Be licensed and certified as an SLP in the state of Pennsylvania.
• Have previous experience working in a school-based setting.
• Possess knowledge of IEP development and implementation.
• Possess exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
