What are the responsibilities and job description for the Apple Valley, CA position at Soliant Health?
We are currently looking to hire dedicated and passionate Occupational Therapist for the upcoming 2022-2023 school year. School-based occupational therapy practitioners are occupational therapists (OTs) and occupational therapy assistants (OTAs) who use meaningful activities (occupations) to help children and youth participate in what they need and/or want to do in order to promote physical and mental health and well-being.
Job Description:
- All Full-Time (40 Hours per week)
- Up to 2 COTAs, & 2 OTs
- Districtwide | PreK-12
Education/Qualifications:
- Education: Requires a completed master’s degree in Occupational Therapy. Assistants much have a Bachelors degree in Occupational Therapy. Applicants that do not meet the minimum education criteria, will not be considered.
- Licensure: Must hold an active license through the State Board, may also need a state issued education license.
- Experience: school experience is not required but is preferred.
